Become an Instructor

Interested in becoming a CPR and First Aid instructor? Are you a school nurse or health teacher looking for a way to certify your school staff or students and make your school a CPR Safe™ School? Are you an EMS or Fire training officer who is tired of hiring outside educators for CPR training? We can help.

When you become certified as an AHA Instructor you will be able to hold your own CPR and First Aid trainings at your facilities and on your schedule.

American Heart Association Instructor Class

Date: TBA
Time: 6:30PM to 9:30PM
Where: McGregor EMS, 47 College Road, Durham, NH
Cost: $150
Prerequisites: You must show proof of CPR training reflecting the 2010 changes.
Registration: Registration will open soon, please check back for updates.

*If your CPR certification was attained prior to the 2010 update being released this spring, you will need a refresher. Please contact the course coordinator (cprmanager@mcgregorems.org) to learn about possible options.

This course requires a self-study portion that takes approximately 8 hours. The materials for this portion will be distributed at the class and must be completed within 6 months of taking the course, and prior to teaching any courses.
