EMT-Basic Classes

When
June 2, 2010 to August 14, 2010
- Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:30pm to 10pm
- Two full weekends from 8:00am - 8:00pm (June 26 and 27 and July 17 and 18)
- The EMT-B transition for this course will be on Saturday, August 14th 8:00am-8:00pm
- Practical Exam: Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 7:30am (for more details click here)
Note: Students will also be required to schedule 10 hours of clinical time with McGregor Memorial EMS or another EMS service.

The University of New Hampshire campus in Durham, NH. Building and room will be announced prior to the beginning of class.
Tuition
$675 EMT Basic (without CPR). Those registering within two weeks to the start of the class are subject to a $25 late fee.
Note: Books, testing and certification fees are NOT included. You must also have a professional CPR certification to complete the course. You can obtain this yourself, or take our course.
Refund Policy
McGregor Institute plans several aspects of its courses around the number of people registered. For this reason, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations. Those registrants who cancel 30 or more days prior to the start of class will be issued a refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 30 days but at least 2 business days prior to the start of the class will be charged the lesser of $200 or the cost of the class. No refunds within two business days.

NH Transition Modules: All of our EMT Basic classes include the required NH Transition Modules.

Prerequisites: CPR Certification
An AHA CPR course will be available during the EMT Basic class for an additional cost.
Note: Must be AHA BLS for the Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
