What is an EMT-Basic?
The Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMT-B) course trains students to save in a wide variety of emergency situations. The EMT-Basic course allows providers to serve on ambulances and is also a prerequisite to many professional firefighting jobs and Paramedic programs.
