McGregor Institute is prepared to help you find your way through the recertifcation process.
Please read the following carefully:
The following applies to EMT-Basics and Intermediates who are currently actively licensed in New Hampshire.
- If you are registered in states other than New Hampshire, please contact your state EMS office.
If your EMT-Basic or EMT-Intermediate license is due to expire on March 31 of next year, there are two steps to the process of renewing your New Hampshire license:
Recertification:
You must recertify with the National Registry of EMTs (NREMT). There are two different options for recertification: Traditional RTP and Exam in Lieu (also called CBT).
Relicensing:
You must relicense with the State of New Hampshire.
