Executive Director
Chris Lemelin
Chris joined McGregor in 2002 as a volunteer. He quickly moved into the administrative side of the organization by acting as the Treasurer. Over the years he’s taken on the position of Business Manager, acting as one of the senior leaders of McGregor responsible for supervising multiple functions including finance, human resources, program management & outreach.
One of Chris’ most recent achievements was forming a group of ten NH EMS agencies with the goal of collectively bidding a billing company contract as a way to reduce costs. These efforts not only provided a significant cost reduction to McGregor but also positioned McGregor as a leader in EMS on the seacoast.
Chris received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of New Hampshire. Most recently Chris received his Associate in Nursing in May of 2018.

Operations Manager
Harry Mueller
Harry came to McGregor as a volunteer paramedic in 2005 after a 25 year career as an EMS provider in Connecticut. While in Connecticut he served with a number of EMS services in paid and volunteer capacities. He also provided consulting services that resulted in the first ambulance service to meet US standards to be established in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
He accepted a full time staff position at McGregor as Operations Coordinator in June of 2008 and was promoted to Operations Manager in June of 2014. As Operations Manager Harry oversees all facets of EMS operations and continues to be an active paramedic.
Harry is a second generation EMT whose EMS career started in Harwinton CT at age 16, before he even had his driver's license. In 1986 he graduated from the Combined Hospitals Paramedic Program in Hartford CT and was in the first group of paramedics to serve the City of Hartford.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of New Haven (1998) and a Masters Degree in Emergency Health Systems Management from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County (2016). He is a licensed Extra Class Amateur Radio Operator and an FAA Certified Commercial Drone Pilot.

Captain, Volunteer Coordinator
Rob Lyons
Originally from Quincy, MA, Rob moved to NH to direct a local summer camp in Barrington. Seeking greater training for medical emergencies, Rob enrolled in an EMR course with the Red Cross. Rob discovered a strong interest in prehospital medicine and subsequently completed his EMT training through NHCPR.
He joined McGregor as a Probationary Provider in 2013, as well as Barrington Fire and Rescue in 2014. In 2015, he entered the Paramedic Program at the National Medical Education & Training Center in West Bridgewater, MA. In 2017, Rob returned to McGregor as a Paramedic. He also served as the CPRSafe Program Manager until 2021.
Rob currently serves as our Membership Coordinator in charge of recruiting, hiring, and training new members. He administers our Crew Chief training program and is still involved in high level CPRSafe Program administration. When he's not working, Rob enjoys spending time outdoors, watching documentaries, and repairing antique tractors.
